An early goal was to make setting up the Cumberland as easy as possible, and it still is.

One person working alone will get the Cumberland ready for use in about 30 minutes. Two people who have done it a number of times can cut that almost in half. None of the steps are difficult. A 130 pound, 80 year old man has performed the setup many times by himself.
